Shipping Policy
All deliveries will be made through DHL courier services. If an item is available in stock, it will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days. If the piece is not in stock, it will be created especially for you and dispatched from our manufacturing centre. This process takes about 10-15 working days. Once an order is placed, it can be tracked on the ‘My Account’ page. PerTe is currently available in the United Kingdom and European Union. Meanwhile, we are looking to expand our reach to the rest of the world. At PerTe, all deliveries are complimentary.
Exchange Policy
PerTe customers may return products bearing quality defects and may also return products they are unsatisfied with, within 30 days from the date mentioned on the invoice. The product to be returned must be new and in perfect condition, without any customizations and in its original (inner and outer) packaging. It must not be counterfeit, personalized or altered in any way. All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality inspection process before they are accepted.
