Affiliate Terms & Conditions

By participating in the NetCarat Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

To be eligible for the program, you must maintain an active online platform such as a website, blog, social media account, or YouTube channel relevant to fashion, jewelry, or related niches.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Application and Approval:

Submission of your application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

We reserve the right to decline applications that do not meet our criteria or align with our brand values.

Promotion Guidelines:

Affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing practices and comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Avoid false or misleading advertising and refrain from spamming.

Do not use your affiliate link for personal purchases.

Commission Structure:

Commissions are earned based on the sales generated through your unique affiliate link.

Commission rates are as follows: Silver Program - 6%, Gold Program - 8%, Platinum Program - 10%.

Commissions are calculated on the product's final purchase price after discounts or promotions.

Payments:

Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis, once the minimum payout threshold of $500 is reached.

Payment methods include PayPal and bank transfer.

Any fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior may lead to commission forfeiture and account termination.

Tracking and Reporting:

We use a reliable tracking system to accurately attribute sales to affiliate referrals.

Affiliates can access real-time tracking and performance reports via the affiliate dashboard.

Term and Termination:

The affiliate partnership is ongoing unless terminated by either party.

Either party can terminate the partnership at any time without cause.

Violation of the program's terms and conditions may result in immediate termination.

Intellectual Property:

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use promotional materials provided by NetCarat for the sole purpose of promoting the brand.

Changes to the Program:

NetCarat reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program, including commission rates, without prior notice.

Indemnification:

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold NetCarat harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the program.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the US laws.

By joining the NetCarat Affiliate Program, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms and conditions. NetCarat reserves the right to update these terms at its discretion. It is your responsibility to regularly review the terms for any changes. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not participate in the program.
